At the award winning Senara Restaurant in Penzance a proper team of local chefs are hitting the kitchens to serve up five courses. Each chef will present a course that is true to their unique talent and inspiration.
Senara is part of Truro and Penwith College and as a training college for the rising culinary stars of the future it’s only right that the college introduces them to the current Cornish foodie heroes.
Joining Jude in the kitchen is Tom Brown from Outlaw’s at the Capital, Stephane Delourme and Stuart Pate from The Seafood Restaurant and Guy Owen from Idle Rocks. All big players in the food scene down here in Cornwall.
It’s not just the big chef names – although that would be worth the £70 ticket alone – the wines are getting matched up to each course by Scarlet wines. Sam’s will be offering up mini Sam lamb burgers and arrival mojitos. Polgoon, Keltek Brewery & Secret Orchard will all be handing out cider and soft drinks on arrival. To close the evening and compliment the Petit fours there will be freshly ground coffee by Yallah.
Jude will be dishing up sticky pork belly, palm sugar, pineapple, star anise and coriander and this is perfectly matched with Francois Pinon Vouvray Silex Noir 2011.
This wonderful evening is happening this Friday 30th June. There are a few last minute tickets left so I strongly suggest you jump on board and grab yours now. All profits from this evening will be going to Hospitality Action.
